About

One of my all-time favourite quotes is: "Success is not measured by where you go, but how far you have come." I'm a lifelong athlete, and I know what it's like to go from coming last in a race to stepping on top of that podium multiple times. The real prize is not in the medal, it's in the journey. I've been a triathlete for almost 20 years and became a coach because with my background as an Occupational Therapist, I loved learning about the science behind the training, especially regarding nutrition. I enjoy seeing new and even experienced athletes achieve what they didn't think was possible, or reach new levels of greatness. I blend my skills learned from Occupational Therapy to work with an athlete holistically, and make sure they enjoy the process!
