Coach Mastermind GroupAbout
I am an engineer, wife, and proud dog mom to two wonderful mini Labradoodles. I've been competing in triathlons since 2010 and participating in marathons and cycling events since 2003. My love for travel and exploration has taken me to incredible places, including trekking up Kilimanjaro, the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, the Mont Blanc circuit, and many other peaks. As a coach, I’m passionate about sharing my experience with athletes of all levels, especially those new to the sport. Have competed in several Full and Half Ironmans in different countries (Canada, Ireland, Mexico, and soon Australia). Completed Escape From Alcatraz 6x. Currently seeking 6 major marathon status with NYC x2, Boston, Chicago, Berlin done in prior years. USAT level I certified coach and currently working on Ironman Level I coaching certification. Working on Tridot Pool School Certification. Dual Coaching certificate: USAT level I and Ironman level I coaching certified
Philosophy
As a coach, I believe triathlon is more than just a sport — it’s a journey of discovery, resilience, and growth. My philosophy blends my engineering mindset, which values structure, data, and efficiency, with the joy of exploration I’ve gained from racing and traveling the world. I strive to: Empower athletes of all levels — especially those new or returning to triathlon — by making training approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable. Balance science and experience, using proven training principles alongside practical insights from years of racing Ironman, marathons, and iconic events like Escape from Alcatraz. Build confidence through progression, ensuring athletes not only meet their race goals but also develop the skills, knowledge, and mindset to thrive long-term. Emphasize balance — recognizing that athletes are not just competitors, but professionals, parents, partners, and friends who need a training plan that fits into their lives, not the other way around. Above all, my goal is to help athletes discover their potential, cross finish lines with pride, and fall in love with the process as much as the results.

Experience
With over 20 years of endurance sport experience, I bring both depth and diversity to triathlon coaching. Since early 2000's, I’ve completed countless marathons, half marathons, and cycling events, and since 2010, I’ve competed in triathlons around the world, from Ironman Canada and Mexico to the Ironman 70.3 World Championship and six-time Escape from Alcatraz finisher. My endurance journey spans beyond racing, with global adventures like summiting Kilimanjaro, trekking the Inca Trail, Mt Whitney and circling Mont Blanc. These experiences shaped my perspective on resilience, balance, and exploration — qualities I now pass on to athletes I coach. As a USAT Level I and Ironman Certified Coach, I combine an engineering mindset with proven training principles to design data-driven, individualized, and life-balanced training plans. My mission is to empower athletes of all levels, especially beginners, to discover their potential and embrace the process of endurance sport.
