I have coached athletes of varying abilities and successfully guided them to achieve their goals whether it be to complete a 5k, 10k, sprint distance, Olympic distance, 70.3 or IRONMAN. I am also an active triathlete who has done the Sprint Distance, Olympic Distance, 70.3 and IRONMAN races. It brings me great joy to guide my athletes on their triathlon journeys and see them achieve their goals. I am always learning and seeking new opportunities to learn new methods and thinking.
Philosophy
I believe that my experiences as an athlete combined with my coaching knowledge provides my athletes with a richer experience. I frequently share my knowledge with my athletes so that they can better understand the rationale behind their training sessions and to help them with their race strategies. I believe in the holistic development of an athlete and I enjoy working with athletes who truly trust the process and trust in me. Frequent communication and feedback is critical in developing the right training plan for my athletes.

Accomplishments
National Team Manager/Coach - Americas Triathlon 2024, National Team Triathlon Coach - 2022 Commonwealth Games, National Team Coach - CAMTRI Regional Triathlon Championships, Mexico 2019, Founder and Head Coach of XO Multi-Sport Club (established in 2014), Coached 11 junior athletes to qualify for the the national team - 2022, 2023, 2024. Coach of the 2023 Male Triathlete of the year and National Champion and the 2024 Junior Female Triathlon National Champion (Trinidad & Tobago) and 2024 Female Triathlon National Champion. Coached 2 athletes towards qualification and participation in the 2025 USA Sprint and Olympic Distance National Championships.
Experience
I began coaching in 2012 and I have coached hundreds of athletes of varying ages and abilities in all triathlon, aquathlon and duathlon distances in local, regional and international races. I have facilitated several successful triathlon training camps locally and will be in Curacao as a co head coach for one in September, 2025.
