About

GR&AT Endurance Training combines Tridot AI optimized triathlon training with personalized coaching. I focus on business professionals, and their busy lifestyles, to help them combine the benefits (and lessons) from endurance training to achieve a healthy work-life balance and perform on the course and in the boardroom. With 30 years of global executive business experience I support you with key training insights you can leverage in the corporate world. - Author of "The Executive Triathlete" I have been a triathlete for almost 20 years from Olympic distance to full Ironmans around the globe, including the Ironman World Championship in Kona in 2022, where I also achieved Ironman All World Athlete GOLD status (top 2% in the world). Philosophy

A holistic approach to fitness and well-being is vital for business leaders, emphasizing the synergy of a healthy mind and body to boost overall performance. Beyond sports, this includes prioritizing nutrition, sleep, a balanced social and family life, and mindfulness practices. Understanding the purpose behind each training session enhances motivation and effectiveness, as informed athletes perform with clarity and drive. Consistency is key, with recurring balanced efforts being more effective than sporadic intense workouts. Balanced training integrates Zone 2 aerobic endurance with Zone 4 high-intensity sessions, ensuring efficiency and maximizing gains within limited training hours. Recovery is equally crucial, as muscles repair and grow during rest, not workouts. Incorporating recovery periods and leveraging super-compensation accelerates improvement and minimizes injury risk, enabling sustainable progress for both physical fitness and professional success.
