ESCI Level 2About
My journey into the world of triathlons began with a duathlon in 2009. Since then, I've embraced the challenge of various distances, standing tall on podiums and making comebacks from the back of the pack. My passion deepened after a transformative experience – overcoming a traumatic bike crash during Ironman training. This incident not only shaped my approach to coaching but fueled a desire to help athletes conquer their own challenges. I've seen the race from every vantage point, and I'm here to guide you to your personal finish line.
Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is a blend of empowerment, structure, and adaptability. I aim to empower athletes to take pride in every moment and realize their fullest potential in any situation. Structure and solid planning are the cornerstones of my coaching approach. With a robust Plan A and Plan B, we can navigate any challenge. Moreover, my coaching philosophy uniquely integrates the power of female physiology into training strategies. I believe that understanding and syncing workouts with menstrual cycles is pivotal for optimal performance. Whether an athlete is navigating the challenges of menstruation, approaching menopause, or beyond, I'm passionate about revealing their potential in every phase of a woman's life. This personalized approach ensures that training aligns seamlessly with the natural rhythms of the body, maximizing performance and well-being. Witnessing my athletes discover their inner strength is the most rewarding aspect of coaching for me.
