I am passionate about the sport, I am passionate about the triathlon community, and I am passionate about helping people realize that they are capable of more than they ever thought they could. I live in Calgary Alberta, I have the most amazing family, and my dog Pippi, the Golden Doodle, is the dog version of me - highly energetic, emotionally intelligent, and we basically have the same hair lol.

Experience
I have been coaching athletes in various sports for over 20 years from community programs, high school, all the way through to provincial teams. When I fell in love with triathlon and had a few races under my belt, I started coaching Adult Triathlon classes in Calgary in 2021 and continue to do so. I also have a custom coaching business and work with people who have varying backgrounds, goals, and experience - people who's A races are olympics through to full distance IRONMAN.
